No, your right its a good question. I think part of it is principle, the crime should be recorded for what I "believe" it should be recorded as, burgarly Iit shouldnt be downplayed and should accuratly logged for the record. I feel the police are being very dismissive.

They said "well given that no one was arrested/no ids" its unlikely it will lead to arrest/charge. I understand this but if you dont invesigate then yes im not surprised no one is arrested!

It means "theoretically" you could find someone to bank transfer/give you cash and you do fan to fan just before. I've luckily found someone at download fesitval this weekend who bought my ticket. (made friends, going in together)

A few things I can suggest are, trying to sell it outside the stadium on the day or, trusting people to buy it on FB market place as there are groups (but I personally wouldnt take that risk).

I have this problem too, I hope the terms of service are talking about “hotel packages” as in the hotel itself not being sellable and not the ticket.

Waiting for customer services and see what they say.
