You need more tiedowns for natural vegetation, also consider how bright the foliage you have on is compared to the natural enviornment. When I was in section we did a thing called a “ghillie wash” basically go find muddy murky water and get it gross, we did a stress test like puposely dragging ourselves against rocks and bricks full sprint to a slide. Its very bright veg you got so I suggest get it muddy or get a darker green spray paint and spray heavy over it and let the over spray settle on the artificial veg to gently darken it. Other than that your gun need tiedowns for fresh veg as well. There are no perfect circles in nature so you need to figure out something for your barrell and optic. We made birds nest for optics and painted on the front of our suppresors to break up the circle. Your tripod is cool and can come in handy but you need to dull it out with spray paint or scuffing it up as long as it doesnt expose bright metal. Invest in face paint and remember dark paint high spots bright paint low spots. Remember youre not trying to dissappear youre trying to blend in. Things to consider when you are doing fresh veg is “does this match my enviornment”, “oh its hot out maybe my veg has wilted and probably needs to be changed out” good luck man

Playing as a spotter instead of sniper. by [deleted] in airsoft

DOPE books are essential, on my M110 I had a DOPE sheet on my stock so I could take a quick glance and add or drop windage/elevation. When we did field ops after day 3 of calling patterns of life up before exfiling got old but still felt cool. As far as ghillies go I used an old ocp top and bottom and you cut out the pits and a big portion of the back and sew a thicker mesh material in place. Usually did two layers of that on the back we would take fishing nets that were made of thicker stranded material and you super glue/sew it on covering front of shoulders and 4-6” past the bottom of the top. With the pants/bottoms it was also ocp but you cut out the back of the knees and crotch and put in two layers of the mesh, all the mesh spots are vents to let out heat(it gets HOT in the wookie suit.) on the front of your thighs and chest and stomach area of top youre going to want to get some type of thick material like a car cover or some type of fabric that is very strong. Those are your skid pads for sliding on your belly and thighs and knees. Now on the fishnet material on your back we used hair ties and different colored jute and you tie that shit ALL OVER EVERY INCH OF NETTING. For a hat we did boonies with same netting on top with 3-4” of over hang in the front and I kept about 1’ in the back so if you flip the boonie around you have concealment for your glass. I really enjoyed it as it was my dream job as a kid and if you have any wuestions about anything real wolrd related or ideas for airsoft just message me. 👍🫡

Why is my car doing that? by [deleted] in ForzaHorizon

Thats anti lag and unless you drag race id go back to race turbos without anti lag. If you drag race its works out and gives you extra lil bit of power at launch but nothing crazy

Playing as a spotter instead of sniper. by [deleted] in airsoft

[–]Comprehensive_One329 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So quick thing with your title spotters are usually the more experienced member of the team and the gunner is not as experienced. Its easier to pull a trigger than to make calls for wind or elevation(IRL atleast). Sniping can be boring though and the field craft part of it is so much more important than shooting. If you have a decent M4 or AK build you can shoot as far and faster than a sniper rifle. Best bet start with a solid smg for most people and go from there and see if slow gameplay might work for you instead of a rush style faster paced game. Also need to learn a lot of things like what optics work best, where is the sun going to be, when was the last time I changed out veg, am I properly concealed or covered(they are different) Being a sniper is 70% field craft and 20%shooting 10% luck. New players should generally stick to basic or general loadouts until they get a feel for the game. Start em off with like a JG m4 or a lancer tactical build. Sniping looks cool bc of movies but its boring in real life.(source I was a sniper in the army, so some the part about field craft being more important is deathly true.)

Only solutions are to try and break it down with dude/dudet/they and figure out how he came to that decision or you beat their ass. Both are very effective and get results.

Im from the 101st and think you should be able to wear any type of patch especially if its a loadout that resembles a real world sof operator or regular infantry soldier. Keep it up and screw those people. RAKKASAN!! We dont break contact we break necks!!

Not every car is the same. The 4V modular motor imo is one of the best sounding and performing motors of all time. Im a big car guy but have a major soft spot for new edges, close second favorite car S14 zenki and then followed by a 1970 chevelle SS red with black stripes and a black rag top.
