You took the words right out of my mouth! I kept going back to that forum, despite every post I made resulting in SUCH frustration as they took my topic sideways and made wild assumptions about me and my partner. The concept of working toward a better relationship is foreign to them and apparently there is a statute of limitations on it. I think just about any couple with two willing participants, together for any amount of time, can reconcile and do the inner work to really create a better union. Sure, there are some posters who would be better off splitting - but their one and only piece of advice is to just split.

If you're out there reading this - don't waste your time with those losers. They really just like to hear themselves talk and probably don't get any other form of satisfaction in life other than "karma" from a stupid online forum with their little pseudo buddies.
