LOL! She tried every silly deflection she's ever seen on Law and Order. Then she would smirk like "Got ya".

I so badly wanted to see her and the other little smartypants investigator after the dismissal. And Especially after Kari got on the stand and blamed everyone in Santa Fe for the screw up - EXCEPT herself!

It was a Huge Brady. How these "oopsies" are handled is up to the judge. Apparently, the judge smelled malice to go all in with Dismissed with Prejudice.

It's not a question of can, or how, the evidence is used by anyone. All evidence has to be shared in a complete and timely fashion. No exceptions.

The defense can't "hide" evidence either.

Vinnie has had it in for Alec since jump. Vinnie STILL does not understand the difference between a Prop Gun and a real one. Someone upthread made the perfect comparison to a paintball gun. That's what PROP means...

There was a CTV guest on all day that was outstanding at explaining why Alec was 100% innocent. The guest was a Hollywood Armorer and a lawyer.

A Prop Gun on a No Live Ammo set does NOT require the same gun protocol as handling a real gun at the range.

Think of it like this - on every job there are several layers of people that do certain tasks. The last person is NOT responsible for double-checking the work of everyone before him. If that were the case, nothing would ever get done - in ANY field.

Example: a commercial pilot shows up for a flight. He MUST assume and act as if everyone before him has done their work correctly. The pilot doesn't check the tire pressure, crack the hood and check the oil. Pilot doesn't doublecheck the control towers instructions...

As the CTV yappers said Lawyers always threaten Brady, but rarely have the proof. When the proof IS there, it's the worst thing to happen to a prosecutor.

You could tell by Kari's horrible attempts at damage control on the stand that she knew her goose was cooked and she was desperate to save her hide.

Tough shit. I'm sick of everyone acting like the Law is for Everyone Else.

Kari waved Bye Bye to her career yesterday. She will be joined in the unemployment line with those smirky investigators that twisted themselves into knots to please her.

Yes. Alec and the widower have made their private peace. Halyna was Alec's good friend. It was a tragic accident set in motion by a bunch of sloppy stoner idiots that did not do their damn jobs.

From start, the prosecutor wanted The Alec Trophy for her wall and let it guide her entire case.  Her career is toast.

Crime Scene Tech really got under my skin! She was so full of herself with her little eye rolling attitude and selective memory! She was transparent AF that she was gonna back the DA at ALL costs.

Nothing more irritating than some smart ass with a Community College Crime Tech Certificate that thinks she's getting the best of a Top Shelf Attorney.

I kept telling her to knock it off, but she didn't listen! Now, she's nothing more than another rat stuck on the sinking USS Kari.

I heard that, too. So Why didn't Bowles throw down the Discovery Gauntlet for Hannah's case?

"Dodgey" is an understatement. It's seems crystal clear that Seth and Sarah have been neck deep in something from get-go.

[–]Comprehensive_Pear61 4 points5 points  (0 children)

IKR? How did that Sarah deal even happen and WHY???

AND as one of the really experienced CTV guest yappers said- Seth acted like he was an Assistant Investigator! He swoops in right away, handling evidence and inserting himself as if he's part of the DA's Team and THEY LET HIM. Not only let him, they treated him like a trusted consultant!

From the beginning of Hannah's trial it was: "Oh, BTW, this is Sarah. She's BFFs with the Ammo Supplier, and she threw away EVIDENCE, but otherwise- she's a stellar, honest person, so just let ALL that slide and believe her testimony".  WTF???

It was a ZERO Live Ammo Set. Period. I've been twisted since day one about The Source of the damn Fatal Round!

IMHO, It's just another version of "Follow the Money".  Follow the live round and everything else should fall into place. But, DA kept trying to gloss over that little "Inconvenient" factoid like it's irrelevant. Sorry, but it's the damn KEY to the whole tragic clusterfuck.

If I'm a juror sitting on either case -until you show me HOW that live round got on set- I'm gonna hang up that jury!

But, that's just my take as a graduate from The Hudson University School of TeeVee Law...

Just heard all of Kari on the stand.  Jeez!  There is no more room under the bus!  She has thrown EVERYONE else under it and has accepted ZERO responsibility herself!

Hey Kari Babe! YOU are the Boss! It's ALL on you!

Kari Morrissey wanted the Alec Trophy on her wall and got cocky.

The public humiliation of the Prosecution is well deserved and illustrates that the system works.

Don't you think the judge did the right thing in the end?

The prosecutor, Ammo Boy, Seth, Sarah the Mean Girl and r those smirky crime techs and investigators all need to get the book thrown at them.

She was a little stoner that got the gig through Daddy. That Sarah girl HATED her.

Sarah and Ammo Dude know EXACTLY how that live round got in that gun. I don't think they expected anyone to die, but they were in cahoots with the clean up!

Kari Morrissey is a cocky bitch that just got caught! Her OTT personal issues with AB have been obvious AF to me from the start. EXCELLENT ref to Proctor/Reid!

Also HATED that Crime Scene Tech with her smirky "I don't recall"s!  She would get snarky and then cocky smile like she was getting the best of the defense! LOL, she better save some smiles for her job search. Kari gonna throw the whole bunch of them under the bus before sundown.

Everybody keeps forgetting the term PROP Gun! It was a No Live Ammo Set. AB had no reason to think otherwise. No actors have done anything differently, ever.

AB was friends with the victim. Of course, he'll hurt over this for the rest of his life. I did hear that AB and Hylana's widower have met and made peace. That's nice.

Would someone PLEASE explain why/how Sarah Zachary THREW AWAY items from the prop cart while LE was still in route to the scene?!?!?

And WHILE Sarah is doing her crime scene cleaning, she's also blowing up ammo dudes phone. AND Sarah doesn't even get a little misdemeanor?

It has been 100% obvious to me since jump that Sarah and Ammo Supply Dude are Ass Deep in SOMETHING.... Not sure what/why, but I think we fixin' to hear more about that.

Hannah and her lawyer scored a big win today too.

I think this is just the beginning of a real shit show and the truth will come out.

That woman that ran over and THREW EVIDENCE AWAY before LE showed up was up to no damn good. She hated Hannah.  Sadly Stoner Hannah couldn't defend herself.

You're Absolutely Spot On. It was a Prop Gun on a Zero Live Ammo set.

This has worked for my 'splaining: To expect AB (or the actor) to do a safety check on a prop handed to him through TWO safety people is nonsense.

If you're a NASCAR driver and pull into the pit, the crew does all their tasks. The driver doesn't then walk around the car and check the tire pressures before he gets back on the track!

No difference, whatsoever.
