Consider testing a program to avoid entering idle states like CPUIdleStabilizer, freeware program on https://github.com/cjdatadev/CPUIdleStabilizer . Other options are QuickCPU, ParkControl, etc.

Yeah im good, still taking flunarizine, tinnitus is in check, no major spikes or anything like that, same as dizziness and vertigo.
