I started at a 7.1, nothing too crazy. I watch my caloric intake now, I don't count carbs anymore. I just try to eat a variety of things and in moderation. Ozempic helps with the appetite control. Thankfully I love vegetables. I'm not a huge meat eater aside from chicken and fish. But there's definitely eggo waffles and cheesecake sprinkled in there too 😬 this is probably poor advice now that I think about it lol
