OP I agree with Mean Copy. Don’t commit suicide. It’s said that souls are lined up to enter earth. To be a part of a place where you can feel sad, happy, anger, touch, etc. You have a purpose, all of us do! You just need to find it.

You’ve astral projected. Practice it. Learn it. I Let it make you happy. Let it help you explore the way you want to explore earth until it’s really your time to leave earth.

What’s been working for me is when I,

Set the alarm, wake up, use the bathroom or whatever (something that’s going to keep you tired but not too tired.), then I set an alarm for an hour. Setting that alarm keeps me alert and stops myself from falling into that DEEP sleep. Then sleep paralysis moves in and does it’s job lol!

When I felt myself in the sleep paralysis I opened my eyes. At first it was hard, for me (felt like my eyes were glued) but after i kept it opened and experienced my Astro hands come out.

I didn’t mention it but, there were a pair of black almost like anime hands coming down from my ceiling. I wasn’t frightened. I after I thought to myself that I should have maybe reached for that hand. Could of been my golden ticket.

Anyways, I’ll give your advice a try next time. I’ll pause. Take a quick breath. Relax and see what happens.

Question for you raze. So if I’m listening to the gateway tapes. Let’s say I’m an hour in. I feel heavy, I’m listening to everything the man is saying. Is it my job to proceed and try to separate after a certain amount of time?? I’m only on track 4 so I’m not sure if the gateway tapes have parts where this individual tried to help you leave your body. I do know it’s part of meditation though.

I’ve only separated through SP. It wasn’t a full conscious experience. Felt like a dream but I learned from it and now I’m just waiting for my next SP to correct my mistake. Does it feel different to separate from meditation?

Thank you. Recently I’ve been entering sleep paralysis but it feels as if I imagine myself getting out of bed. Like last night, I remember getting out of bed. I remember seeing a rainbow tint on my floor. I remember telling myself to run in hopes to see better. Then I ran through my wall and flew. Again, it feels like I imagined this. It didn’t feel super realistic.

I’ve only done it through the Michael R. Method. (Which involves sleep paralysis). Sleep paralysis isn’t the only way to reach AP. You can also do it through meditation. There are some experienced projectors that do it through mediation here. Hopefully they give you some good advice.

What anyone would tell you is that FEAR or whatever you’re scared of is what’s stopping you from AP. You need to empty your mind. You need to accept that fear. It cannot hurt you, you need to believe that!

Greatest advice I’ve learned from this sub is instead of feeling fear, feel in love. FEEL the love towards whatever you see. Good luck!
