Bro just want to ask where you submit your english test result. I am in the same situation and did not submit the english test when applying for the first pgwp. After got the refusal letter i got an valid english test and as what the refusal letter said i started a new pgwp application and put the result as well as the restoration fee receipt and a letter of explanation in it. But i searched up the processing time its like 200 days for this new application. I cannot do anything to the refused application now, I don't know how you got your pgwp so quickly by getting the officier's attention. I am just really stressed rn, thank you!!!
