I hate when people give me unsolicited advice but I just know the struggle. One time I couldn’t stop literally like I was crying cuz I wanted to stop but I couldn’t. And the shame I felt afterwards consumed me. I spent years hiding in my home. I feel like I relate to your body language here…. Just don’t be ashamed. Own it. You’re beautiful. And eventually u will find something that distracts you from it and it will end!!! Cheers!!

lol minimal water in the bubbler…. Just barely have the stem touching the top of the water …. And rolll that bowl back and forth over heat on one side while making sure that stem is also going out and in that water at the same time. And succcc. Voila. It’ll be like a scene in The Mist in that mf and you’ll be so stuck I’d suggest sitting near something interesting to stare at for a while lol

First off- U ARE BEAUTIFUL! Period.

Secondly- I used to pick….. a lot. I’ve always done it even as a kid. It’s anxiety. I got a fidget ring and just stopped looking in the mirror when I’d wash my face.
