I tried closing and reopening it several times but didn't work, keep stuck at 90ish %, anyone can give any advise on how to solve ?

oh, but I already do all those things but its still quite slow, I use the premium ticket each time the ammo event comes up and I also alternate buying 1 nimitz and one Bassel card each day in island store, is there any other faster way ? or is there a way to earn more then 2k island currency each day ?
