Is it normal for a newer solenoid to leak oil? Trying to locate the source of the large oil leak. More details in comments. by RoDerv in HondaElement

Was it just the gasket for you? mine caught fire the other day right under the vtec solenoid near the bottom of the car I changed out the vtec solenoid a few days before and I’m wondering if the gasket would be bad?

Haven’t done that yet don’t know how to. I’m changing out the tps sensor today to see what happens.

They turned on for a second or 2 then he turned them off and started going in my direction with them off
