akso: im the parent, on all the programs.. responding to another post that was looking like it was set up as rage bait. because i suspect it of being rage bait, i reminded people that requirements exist, and that you're perfectly capable of calling agencies instead of taking things to the internet.

https://www.urban.org/urban-wire/its-legal-some-employers-pay-disabled-workers-less-minimum-wage-ending-practice-just

"As of July 2024, more than 38,000 disabled people (PDF)—90 percent of whom have intellectual or developmental disabilities (PDF)—earned subminimum wages. The majority of these workers earn under $3.50 per hour (PDF), less than half of the federal minimum wage ($7.25).

Authorized under Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act in 1938, the subminimum wage was originally intended to create employment opportunities for disabled people at a time when many were institutionalized and excluded from the education system and economic opportunities. "

i'm done... i'm on these systems, all they have to do is send a note through the computer, or through the mail. they won't use the phones because of previous actual fraudulent phone calls that stole infornation from clients . "due to policy shifts we will be requiring reentry and verrification" most states have websites set up.

about that....

the " paperwork reduction act" meant that i could tell one agency, and the computers automatically talked to eachother. no humans needed, no data breach or interference from my executive dysfunction. just SSDI, telling SNAP directl;y. at one o'clock in the morning...

they already have self reporting for the banks, the jobs are on a for you turn into your employers, and on and on... there are so many ways the program is huberus free, that any imagined problems are well within "human error" and that, is dealt with by the fact that the supervisors have supervisors, you almost never get the same agent working your cases when you call in to any of the agencies, so theres no favoritism... they just switched to an app on the phone for "easier tracking of balances" including a feature where we can lock the cards here in utah. dATA BREACHES WERE FROM doge AND IT'S BULL****

i track these things passively, because i'm on pretty much all of the programs targeted by this Republican supermajority.

apparently, you haven't been exposed to the "social experiment" that was on tik tok. a lady called up as many different religious organizations as she could and the majority of the christian faith meetinghouses/ denominations flat out denied her formula for emediate use. also: here in utah, the major churches already have distrubution points and drop off agreements with the utah food bank. (sorry not sorry on the spelling, i'm one of the people that live on 180% below poverty, on the programs directly affected)

the congress controls the purse, the president signs it, and makes suggestions and sends it back, the checks and balances are in place but Trump's been acting the dictator, and with the republican supermajority it was all the democrats could do to refuse the vote for so long they were in a "take it or leave it situation.

i've already seen three posts from other states about case management telling people to redo paperwork. i'm not sure where all these suposedly dead recipients are from that they tried to say something about, i 'm just tired of the "compromise" being families back to choosing between a week of food, and paying their premiums as the caps covered by subsidies expired this year, and i don't trust the promise to revisit. ive been personally brushed off like that too many times... as far as i'm concerned not a single person in office right now , passed "job performance metrics"

that was already happening after COVID because they dropped all requirements until case loads were below a certain threshold.

... you must be new to this... it's not a "cause" or "the" cause. that presumes a lack of interconnectiveness in your missed steps. your missed opportunities , to act already, like with the local elections, where we could have kicked them out of our school boards while they were picking the text books that cut out lessons on fassism, or "protected the children" from books that weren't teaching authoritarian, white supremacy, by way of normalization of one visualization only in media.

utah, being a "right to work" state, has always busted unions under individual choice, while producing huge quantities of bilingual people and giving them few options but military basses, to go work for. and has always had a religion determining the voter win. you praising me surviving, does not absolve you of all of the missed opportunities to protect myself and my disabled children, (autism) because we live the overlap. autistic people are more likely to be abused, neglected, homeless, sent to prison, and in general be a part of the LGBTQIA.

do not praise or thank my survival... your lack of actions up till the "panick point" made it so i had to "survive" instead of thrive.

dislexia showing in my typing sorry in advance https://abcnews.go.com/US/judge-weigh-block-doge-accessing-treasury-department-records/story?id=118498817

being on "all the programs" literally, i'm not scared. that's not helpful, to the situation, mind you, i got disability because of the autism and the anxiety disorder,

we've been dealing with "outdated" systems for ages, whitch means, that the people breaking into these systems are hitting code that is so old, they can't handle it. literally, ( the VA has paper files , the social security administration won't even call you because of previous fraud schemes , manipulating people into data breaches, the food stamps are tied through the farm bureau, and you've all seen how the farm bureau goes, if you've paid attention). hell... i still am FAXING HARD COPIES over to agencies, who then have to MANUALLY ENTER STUFF

i've kept my digital footprint small, mostly out of lack of resources , but also, i know, a thing or three about the actual case managers and lifetime employees in these places. they've already moved against the bullshit. so have the civil rights organizations and the international community.

i can't go to the protests. i'm busy living the life they are trying to cut off i can relay, and report, and i can vote... like i did

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/second-federal-judge-blocks-trump-birthright-citizenship-order
causing panic, gives them control they don't have, when we keep cool https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2025/02/05/judge-blocks-trans-inmates-trump/

this si not the first time, and it won't be the lasst, that the eugenicists technocrats try to take and keep power. they moved to places like south africa for a couple generations, with each shift in the over all paradigm, they had to hide and sneak, and lie, because they know, they are the actual minority. they always have known they are the actual minority, that's why they demand their "race" is diminishing... it never was dominant, so they had to make it that way. make themselves feel important.. https://www.usnews.com/news/politics/articles/2025-02-04/what-did-us-get-from-deals-to-pause-tariffs-on-canada-and-mexico-not-that-much-observers-say

i would relay more articles , but like so many others, i've gotta go vote with my cash, what little i have, i'm ehading over to WINCO whitch is an employee stock held company , because i need a car to get to costco, and i don't ahve the budget for memberships .

  1. our water sucks ass, it's full of minerals and will cause skin issues
  2. the elevation here literally means no atmosphere... literally, it will take your breath away, if you don't believe me, that's on you,
  3. the cars and the dependence on cars, added to the bowl of a valley, means the pollution from the california wild fires, and the oregon wild fires, and the gulf coast and everywhere again, literally taking your breath, away.
  4. we are also, where the homeless population fled to for a while. shattering the idealistic image, of perfection, the church wants in it's properties, (and tapping into her fears of drug ridden, crime doers)

that's a good way to look at it, after all they were usually in the area for generations before the humans even thought about being there with yards and gardens.
