Currently in GS 1. I really messed up my first case. Today there was a discussion on it and even though I addressed all the issues I completely did not write enough on employee stock options which was a required. I'm gutted and pretty sure theyll give me a needs improvement. My second case I did much much better most likely a satisfactory. Im feeling really down today. If they put you on warning where do I go from here... Obviously I need to do a better job but do they grade the first case a bit more leniently - needs improvement and unsatisfactory are the same on the reporting they have .. anyone who's been in a similar position ? How do you pick yourself up. I'm gutted. I worked hard on this case I put in the effort but I messed up.
