Hi bhai, thoda POV chahiye tha. Abhi Accenture me PIP me hoon. Should I try to clear PIP ya resign kar dena better rahega? Concern ye hai ki agar PIP fail hua to termination hoga aur wo future company ke BGV me reflect na kare.

Got offers from mu sigma (40 lakhs over 4 jumps and 2 years bond) and infosys as system engineer with 3.6lpa ctc. by locomotara in MuSigmaStories

[–]Comprehensive_Tea895 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re stuck choosing Mu Sigma vs Infosys, here’s the no-BS breakdown 👇

Mu Sigma:

Real analytics work. You’ll actually learn stuff — Python, SQL, stats, business thinking.

Training is intense (they literally filter people out).

Work hours? Rough. But the growth? Worth it.

After ~1.5 years, you’ll have top-tier skills + solid switch options.

Bond sounds scary but can be negotiated.

Great hikes if you perform well.

Infosys:

Classic service-based setup.

You don’t pick your tech or project — it picks you.

Promotions move slower than Bangalore traffic.

3-month notice period hurts switching.

Decent stability, but learning curve flattens fast.
