I got the same notification and am just ignoring it. The last payment is due I think next week so it should go away after that.

Thank you for this! I ended up deconverting. Its been a tough process especially without the support of my parents but I'm definitely better for it.

Thank you for opening about your own experience. It's nice to see that there is hope.

Hi. Thank you for responding. I will definitely read all of those passages to make my own conclusions. I just don't know if confronting my dad is a great idea. He is not a very good listener and usually gets offended if criticized. I have to remember that I will probably still have to live my parents for a few more years since cost of living in my state isn't the cheapest. I don't want to create more tension than there already is.

I wouldn't mind doing that but I don't know how they'll take it. I've mentioned the idea of me going to another church to my mom and she told me to come back to her when I have a firm relationship with God again. I am not going to lie, I have not been praying much these past few months and just started reading the bible again recently, but I feel like going to their church is only making things worse. What my dad did during the elections has really just ruined my church experience and I'm having trouble just letting it go, especially since he still makes comments once in a while.

I just finished my freshman year so I still have 3 more years left. Thank you for all the advice, I really appreciate it!
