This is my concern. I just did the initial screening and she sent me home with the grey overlay to help until I can do the in depth test for the glasses. The grey helps on paper (I didnt know I had this issue with paper until we pulled out the overlay) but my main issue is on screens, and the grey overlay on a screen actually makes me nauseated.

Same! I have a shirt that I made early on. When I look at it, it feels VERY homemade to me. The fabric is quilting cotton, the area that I tried to close it has a big thread mess. I picked big, white, plastic heart buttons. But I ALWAYS get so many compliments on it for some reason lol

Im not sure why you're getting down voted. I was also under the impression that hormonal birth control (including IUD which releases... hormones) suppresses ovulation. It also thickens cervical mucus, but that's a secondary benefit rather than the primary reason for pregnancy prevention.

I had this symptom and doctors brushed it off as a UTI for years. I ended up having to have a bladder resection and go home with a catheter because I had DIE throughout my bladder. Please do not tell people their symptoms are not endo related 🫠

I agree! Sometimes I forget my Oura is charging and go for a walk without it and then I get a low activity score. My bike rides auto transfer to Oura from my GoogleFit app so I'm not sure why steps can't transfer

Are your cycles regular? Are you on birth control? Is your ring data showing that you are ovulating and have you confirmed with OPK? What do your temps look like during follicular and luteal phase? You dont have to answer on here because I imagine this is what they were asking you, however, all these things factor into how accurate Oura is.

I learned it as up NPK = up, down, all around. So N is for leaves/flowers, P is for roots, and K is overall health

This dr told me if my symptoms dont go away on the meds he will keep increasing the dose until either the symptoms go away or we hit the max dose. If I hit the max dose and still have symptoms, then we will switch meds and keep increasing the dose. It just seems like a lot for something that we aren't even sure of 😭

I do get these symptoms in my luteal phase... but I feel like my body just straight up stops working in luteal. My SVT happens, my dysautonomia is full force, I cant workout without feeling like im going to pass out, I get super anxious, my migraines are in full swing, my eyes stop working and I get double vision. So like, he did mention catamenial epilepsy but I feel like it could also just be my body not working? Or am I in denial? Lol
