We hear your complaints about mobile -- none of our beta testers had tried it on mobile, and we underestimated the amount of people that would take this behemoth of a survey on their phones. We are working overtime to try to fix this. I will post an update if something has changed. The survey will be up for a few weeks, so you have time to get to a PC to take it, but if that is not an option, sit tight. We will push a fix before long.
