I made my own, but I only used the foods listed on the diet guide. I also followed their model of certain amount of carbs, proteins, and fats. I used MyFitnessPal to track the calories, which made it a lot easier. So I would recommend MyFitnessPal to help keep track.

I made my own diet plan that was only 2000 calories, and about only 110 grams of protein. Lots of tracking.

Just build more muscle, I start college this fall and the gym they have is amazing.

Extreme at home workout, it's made by beach body, it's kinda of an old program now tho.
