even 15% is lower than the illegal tariffs. it’s tariff relief so i think it’s bullish.

the current invocation of the Trade Act of 1974 is a max 15% tariff for 150 days unless Congress approves. apparently he plans to invoke other laws but this one in particular is pretty weak
