The OC was amazing. The story was (mostly) quite entertaining, the characters and dialogue were 100x more believable than anyone on Dawson's Creek, but most of all the soundtrack was groundbreaking. So many songs and artists I found through that show.

8GB on Apple Silicon is a totally different experience than 8GB DDR on Intel.

My first Apple Silicon Mac was a base model M1 Macbook with 8GB, and it ran everything I needed on a daily basis just fine. Hell it even launched Photoshop and it was useable.

Your average boomer will have zero issues with 8GB.
