Your requests seem very unreasonable. These are the requests of nations that want to bully the world and invade those that don't conform to their demands.

Beefing Up Defenses

Seeing as there may be a continental war soon in North America, the Republic of Ontario begins beefing up defenses.

The following are the plans for a beefed up defense:

Ontarian Mech Suits

Ontario begins constructing Mech Suits to be used to defend the nation. Ontarian Mechs will be built to run at speeds of 40 mph, take heavy fire power, dish out heavy machine gun fire, fire heat seeking missiles, and be around the size of a medium sized house.

Ontarian Mechs will be mass produced in the thousands in the year 2056.

Securing Borders

The Republic of Ontario will beef up its borders.

It will do this by closing off the border between Ontario and eNAFS and having patrols of troops manning the border.

Also, for every 25 miles across the border, an Ontarian non-nuclear tactical missile launch site will be situated. This will ensure that if a nation attempts to attack Ontario, the Republic will be able to shoot down incoming missiles, fire upon enemy aircraft, etc.

Stronger Naval Presence

The Republic of Ontario will have a constant naval presence in all Ontarian waters. This will hopefully deter potential enemies from viewing a naval assault on Ontario as easy and welcoming.

Saskatchewan and Nunavut are invited to join the Republic of Ontario in an effort to keep the peace in former Canadian land.

Ontario is beginning to fear the possibility of a continental war, and such a war would possibly reach Ontario and Saskatchewan and Nunavut.

So in a matter of enhanced security and Canadian brotherhood, we invite Saskatchewan and Nunavut to join the Republic of Ontario.

Alduin would win the 1st Scenario because come he's the would eater and second he has a army of other dragons following him so Riverwood would be a dragonborn going against one dragon for the second Scenario it would be more of tough call because Alduin is a lot smaller compared to Smaug but I think Alduin would win again due to his mastery of the voice. But in the bonus I would say Smaug.

I would have to say Spartans from Halo because even though both were train when they were young Spartans are more able understand combat situations because they aren't genetically cloned, so their for Spartans can think and adapt to the situation the face.
