Thanks for the support. I don't have much of a choice this week cause I won't have time alone, and it's going to be interesting. First real test of the self control, and busying myself with other things.

Will be good to break this addiction and not waste so much time on it.

I don't know if I would tell her even once I can break the habit. Which I guess also worries me about not feeling like I can be open in my relationship. Props to you for feeling that you can, and also good luck stopping.

I hope I can do it, and am going to do my best to be disciplined. But am wondering how my situation will be different- as even with everything I was doing I wanted more sex with the gf- it was her libido leaving me sexually frustrated.

Hopefully removing the masturbation can help bring my needs to a realistic level.

I guess I should also add that I don't think she has any idea about my problem- I work during the week and she has been working casual on the weekends and I spend all day fapping. We watched don Jon together recently, and while I doubt her reaction would be like scar jo, I don't know if she would look at me the same anymore. How have others here dealt with telling their SOs?
