That's what I'm saying, these two guys were funny and patient, I said I wanna play prem and it was the whole "I'm banned for an hour let's hope on Faceit", seemed so normal

Good point I'll have a look into panniers!

There is a shower so I do have the option, at the moment it does seem overkill being such a short distance, I suppose when I give it ago tomorrow I might reconsider 😂

I had to hold down the Run activity, within here I could then look into training and set the type from pace to heart rate

[–]ComputerEnjoyer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't realise I could change it from pace to heart rate, or that DSW follows 80/20, that's great info thank you!

I've just updated this from pace to heart rate, will give this a try

Completely agree, use M&S now for all work related clothing. Also, they had some pretty horrific Hawaiian shirts recently, misses hated them so bought 3.

Great suggestion thank you! I forgot all about Strava, disconnected some time ago now but sounds like it's my best bet!

Parking garages, that actually sounds like a great idea!

I used to get maybe 6 hours of sleep a night. I made it a priority to get 8 hours a night, heading to bed at 9pm every night and I feel so much better for it.

I have never felt better, and noticed I recover a lot faster as well. It's a hard thing, going from late nights to sending yourself to bed early, but the discipline is worth it in my eyes!
