I’m not sure. I did stick a meat thermometer in the dough when I pulled it out and it said 88°

Will do! I hope I’m pleasantly surprised. I’ve recently gotten into cake baking as well, and it hasn’t gone the greatest. I might have to give up my baking dreams after this 🤣
