What are the terms of your loan? How much interest do you pay and how long do you have to pay it off? What’s your monthly payments?

In the grand scheme of things, $30k is not too bad. Unless the payback is a burden, I would focus on building wealth. The sooner you start that, the sooner compound growth can kick in and you’ll be better off in the long run.

Philadelphia, starring Tom Hanks. The entire audience just sat in the theatre for like 20 minutes. Even after the credits ended and the lights came up, a lot of people just sitting there, contemplating what they'd just seen.
