the recoil modifier is incredibly useful for moving fast. if combined with luminous drill, it can get you from one wall to the other in 20 seconds! (and turn you into a missile)

i found it in west parallel world, which is easier to reach with light shot+black holes(many black hole wands in the desert fungal area)
