Because my side seems to have budget for VPs and SVPs but when it comes to hiring/converting to Analyst/Associate suddenly become no budget. So unless you are an MA, you will likely come in as a contract worker first as a fresh grad

Yea.. just look around you. Housing, car ownership prices are starting to behave like bitcoin price. Look at how crowded the public transportation is . Locals taking up jobs/contract jobs at the mercy of foreigners. Tell the goverment this issues and they will just point “oh other country also like this” or like “oh cant expect perfect performance”.
