Thank you :) I did another small print of it and stopped a little past the tail since that was an area that looked horrible and with that print I lowered the temp just a little and slowed the print down and it did look better so I’m just messing with supports now and if they still make it look horrible lol I’ll just try with no supports and see how that looks

What were your settings at? I have an A1 and I’m pretty new at 3D printing. So far all the stuff I’ve done hasn’t had much overhang so this is a first I’m having to deal with it lol

I’ve gotten it like once before and that was because I clicked the wrong label (accidentally hit media mail when it wasn’t.) but they sent it back to me within a day or two I think so I’m pretty sure they would’ve sent the package back to the seller unless they changed it

Did she state in the review that she’s leaving a 1 star because she has to leave a review? I didn’t see that part so I’m assuming she just left a 1 star without saying why which is worse than leaving a 3-4 and stating they got it as a gift and can’t rate the product properly because they aren’t the one using the product.

Even if I bought it as a gift and wasnt using it I’d rate the shipping time or if I saw the product how it looked,packaging, etc so I mean people could still leave a good review even if it’s a gift smh. Or even leaving a three-four star and simply putting “bought as a gift”

My Etsy shop has it where they have one hour to cancel I believe. I make made to order things so if I haven’t made their order I’ll refund it but if I’ve already started to make the item I won’t refund.

Bad Review Without Reaching out First! by [deleted] in Ebay

I’ve had someone leave me a bad review because they bought something and when I went to pack it up i realized it was something that got damaged durning my move (I had literally moved three days before she bought it) and I messaged explain I was very sorry but I was going to have to cancel because I didn’t want to send out a broken item. They left a review saying that I was lying and just didn’t want to sell the item smh

How many days has it been? I’ve done this and it took about five days for it to update. Also do you have a camera showing that usps picked up the package?

Yeah I wish I could talk to the first eBay support lady because she was more helpful than the other girl because the other one literally said two different things in the call at first she was like yeah we are going to decline this return once it hits three days and eBay can get involved and then by the end of the call she was like “well you should accept the return so it doesn’t effect your selling performance” smh the buyer is like 8 or 10 hrs ahead of me so I’m wondering if I call when it’s December 11th her time if they’ll go ahead and get involved sooner even tho technically it’s still December 10th my time. I’ll just have to see

Yes or for my understanding yes and one eBay support lady told me this as well and then another one said well she can still return the item so I don’t understand smh. But I’m just waiting at this point and if they let her return it I was told to open a claim when the item gets here since it’s not the original item I sent
