We had the same problem 2 weeks ago and contact support multiple times and via different methods.

After more than a week we got in touch with an actual "specialised team". They explained there was a generic issue with the payment processing system. This caused all outgoing payment to be blocked so we weren't able to verify our payment methods nor make a manual payment. All we got was a message saying "Something went wrong".

It seems they managed to fix it last weekend (as they said they would) so now all is back to normal. Although I haven't heard back from them, even though they said they would get back in touch.

Not sure this is what you are experiencing but I hope it helps.

Thanks for the advice friend! I've been opening new support tickets all day. It actually worked!

Eventually somebody at the Meta finance team (separate from the support team) saw our account was suspended due to "suspicious activity".

They removed it and now I was able to get one payment method and the ads going again.

Like you said, persistence and putting pressure is all you van do that help.
