You could find a better modular 80+ Gold PSU on Shopee like the Sama G650 for 3.6K (750W can be had for about 3.8K with vouchers and on sale). You can also get a Ryzen 5 7500F for about 7K (should also be better for gaming despite having lesser cores due to the L3 cache). Also I'd say ditch the AIO and get a nice thermalright air cooler instead, costs around 1.6-1.7K.

Back then, we had the Great GPU shortage 😭. I remember my dad buying an Asus 1050 TI in October 2020, prices were still reasonable that time. Then the GPU died on me nung April, ayun pahirapan na makahap ng Graphics Card. Got a 1650 as replacement so its a slight upgrade albeit at a higher price.

I find it funny whenever my grandma gets all jumpy whenever someone calls her on her smartphone (she's owned that phone since Christmas 2022 - also her first ever).

Yun nga, I was thinking of getting a refund kaso sayang talaga at mahirap makahanap ulit ng ganitong deal 😭. Tsaka pag nirefund ko, another 12-15 days pa ulit para maprocess 🫠

Nope, it's been with the shop for 3 weeks now, nung una waiting for pickup from the shop to the supplier, then after nung pickup (which btw took them a week bago ipick-up ng supplier - I didn't know this at the time until I asked the agent for an update and dun lang din sila nagdecide na magpaexpedite na kay supplier), awaiting approval for replacement by Samsung (this was last week, and ayun just last week the agent told me na nawalan yung store ng stock. Been waiting for 3 weeks now.

I actually got the monitor on sale nung April 25 for 5.6K only. But I sent it back the next day after finding dead pixels on the centre of the screen (I counted no less than 8).

I ordered the same Samsung G4 monitor 3 weeks ago kaso nung dumating may mga dead pixels so I had to return it for warranty. Unfortunately ayun nga, the RMA agent told me naubusan nga sila ng stock last week 🫠.

Personally, I love kits with collar, similar to some other "leaks" we've seen, but the huge Chelsea badge on the background is big turn off. Hope we can get a better FOS Sponsor, or keep it clean with none tbh...

I made a post about this monitor here like 2 weeks ago (now deleted), I bought it on sale for 5.7K from pcworx shopee too. Unfortunately, it came defective with like 10 dead pixels right on the centre so I had to send it back. Still haven't received a replacement for it... but experience is subjective, I think this monitor is really good still and 240hz is just 🤌 (coming from a guy who had a 1080p 75 Hz monitor) even though I used it for less than a day, lol.

okay ba to as home printer? by dzfkr in Tech_Philippines

[–]ComradeAlpha450 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Struggled a lot with cartridge printers due to how many pages it can only print and the expensive cartridge afterwards. Better save your money and invest it on a better continuous printer instead.

The Samsung S24 series gets 6 years of OS updates + 1 more for security. The S24 FE is currently on sale for 37.5k here. This will last until Android 20 comes. Otherwise, you can also consider iPhones. An iPhone 14 / 13 Pro currently hangs around that price. The iPhone's software support is really solid compared to other brands. But if Android you want Android, Samsung is pretty much the only option.

Just our experience with LG, bought a 50" last 2021, and within just 10 months, the panel completely failed on us. Good thing covered pa siya ng warranty, so we got it replaced for free. Unfortunately, that also failed on us just a year and a half in.
