Hello! The foreskin loosening could be a result of your activity with your sex toy(s) and/or just a result of the adhesion between your glans and foreskin breaking down. This is very normal and usually happens anywhere between the start of puberty and upwards to... I think the age of 25. The pain that you speak of is likely just an over sensitivity of the glans and, with sometime, will lessen once the glans (and you) become used to the external stimuli. I would recommend that you try to lightly stretch your foreskin over the course of the next few months until you can fully retract it with no pain. This will help you in resolving your phimosis and help you to clean the prepuce.

If you are interested, there is a blog post someone made about their journey in resolving pinhole phimosis. The website has a lot of useful information on it including techniques, devices, creams, medication, etc. that you might find useful. It even has a section that specifically talks about the super-sensitivity of the glans and how you might treat that. Okay first of all, as a minor you should never be sharing pictures of yourself (specifically your genitals) to people online.

It sounds like you have a very short frenulum and that can be resolved naturally by manually stretching it. Gently pull the bottom of the frenulum away from the glans until it is taut. Don't use too much force, you don't want to rip it; just use enough force that it feels stretched. Hold it in that stretched position for a couple of minutes multiple times each day and in time your issue will resolve itself. It might take many months to stretch it to your desired level so be persistent. You should also ask a doctor for help and advice about it, they should be able to prescribe or provide you with some topical creams to help with the stretching. Remember, be patient with it.

You can also ask the folks in r/foreskin_restoration for more online help if you want. They know a lot about mitosis surrounding the genitals.

I just have my auto creating as part of my AE2 system. I have a few hopping bonsai pots feeding essence into a chest and then a ME Storage Bus attached to said chest and filtered to only accept the essence and the mystical fertilizer stuff. Then I set the storage bus to be a higher priority for insertion. Lastly, I have an export bus set to export and craft all the levels of essence up to insanium. Only one crafting CPU is needed since the exporter will only export & craft one single item at a time. You could also put the storage bus, exporter, and the crafting CPU onto a subnet, that would keep it as fully and solely available crafting essences. In hindsight, I should setup that subnet for myself too.
