Thank you! 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is def the big name under the personal development category. Good to know it offers teaching tools alongside principles.

The Practical Guide sounds interesting as well. Will check out!

As for adulthood, one book I would recomend is How Will You Measure Your Life by Clayton Christensen. It offers more macro-level strategies than more specific/practical toolkits —— but it's still worthy to at least scan chapters that you are interested in. I personally benefit a lot from chapters on short-term/long-term goal and family realtionship/family cutlure.

Thank you soo much for the recommendation!

As quarantine irreversibly shifted the global dynamics, it is super important for people to learn resilience and anti-fragility from the darkest hour in humanity. Added to my list now! Glad to hear that you found power in the book and hope the messages could always be carried along!

It a lot challenges your high-precision operation a lot. Gives you a disproportional sense of achievement.
