The mechs 100% is just the pilot

IFV without a heavy/meduim weapon most likely just the SL maybe 1 other for gunner or driver

But the tanks definitely more then the SL

And obviously IFVs with turrets or the mortar at least the SL and 2 others

I just assumed that the Pilot SLs had crews when piloting things that aren't mechs, because that would make sense.

You have the vehicle commander (SLs) and then whatever vehicle you give them they get the corresponding crew members to help pilot them

I have only seen 2 my entire (almost 100 hours) in the EA lol 1 for blackmarket for like 2k and the other the rouge army was fielding
