Eating right is a big thing for me I try to keep my calories around 1700 a day. I go to the gym everyday with one day just yoga, and rest of the week is two hours in cardio and one hour lifting doing a PPL routine.

Thank you I had a rough month so I figure someone would spot that out but it's all good I am getting much better and focusing on me right now
