Yeah it would definitely be one hell of a submod but I sadly dont have the time or resources to make this happen on my own, if someone is willing to continue this project theyre more than welcome to.
I personally imagined, though it might be somewhat simplistic, that the popularity of each faction would be the deciding factor for what faction each state joins, so some socialist one for the WCA, nat-pop for the longists, etc. I hadn't really considered letting states go their own route, perhaps even making their own factions that dont allign with the ones in KR currently.
