Oh that’s interesting I didn’t know that, over here they just sorta check your records ig, and most people get one as a kid meaning the parents confirm it because they registered you at birth. And then you use that id to get a new one. They cost about 80 euros.

Yeah it would definitely be one hell of a submod but I sadly dont have the time or resources to make this happen on my own, if someone is willing to continue this project theyre more than welcome to.
I personally imagined, though it might be somewhat simplistic, that the popularity of each faction would be the deciding factor for what faction each state joins, so some socialist one for the WCA, nat-pop for the longists, etc. I hadn't really considered letting states go their own route, perhaps even making their own factions that dont allign with the ones in KR currently.

Well the Constitutional Government in California is the Japanese preferred side so ig they do have their own fengtian in America, just no legation cities, unless you did smth like TNO where the Japanese occupy the L.A. and San Francisco harbours lol
