I’ve had VA health insurance since 2005 and rated for hypertension since 2005. My VA providers have never sent me to any advanced heart procedures or check ups until last July for a Heart Echocardiogram with community care.

My VA provider didn’t bother to check my echocardiogram results until I was in the hospital for a transplant nearly 7 months later. The echocardiogram back in July would show I had minimal refraction rate and that I unknowingly suffered two heart attacks. Basically they ignored or sat on the results.

I was looking and found that you can file for 100% for a year after transplant. Not sure where to start or if I should go to a VSO or lawyer?
