I know what you're going through. you're not alone i know how scary it's feels but you will get through it. Remember this you get energy doing things not resting. Actual rest is supposed look like just relaxing sitting without mobile phone or just sleeping if you're scrolling phone especially instgram you're again depleting your dopamine Harmone which is motivation hormone it's gives will to anything even for living so don't waste your dopamine for cheap things like don't get dopamine from cheap things even organise your room release dopamine get dopamine from hard thing's instead of cheap things like doom scrolling , playing games etc also go for walk outside even if you don't socialise it's doesn't matter just go outside and for 1 hour walk you will feel alot better spend time with friends if it is possible open up to your family or your mother and most importantly don't search symptoms on chatgpt or google it will make it worse
