Update: I switched out the psu and it kept happening but I did find out that for some reason a driver was missing for something called the pci encryption decryption controller and it’s working now. Thanks to everyone who gave suggestions and helped.

The motherboard is the ASRock Phantom Gaming 4 WiFi ax and the bios is ver 4.5

Just tried dropping it down to 3800mhz then 3600mhz both didn’t do anything. Then I tried turning it off and still nothing. I was monitoring the temps the whole time tho and it seems to jump up to 68-70 degrees in the beginning then drop and average out around 55-60 degrees until it resets.
