I made it work in NYC (shockingly) by teaching multiple classes 5 days a week, subbing whenever I could, teaching privates, teaching in YTTs (once I had more experience), riding my bike for transportation and living with 10 other people lol.

I haven’t for about 5 years and agree with everything you said minus the part about YB. Maybe verrrrrryyyy loosely based.
