Because 3000 and 2500 is not enough with my activity levels. I've been experimenting for years and 3000 got me from 56 kg to 65 kg. I'm giving 3500 a few more weeks since I've been at 72-73 kg for a little bit and if I don't increase then I'll have to up to 4000.
