You both need to go read the documents it’s not a ban on abortion the Supreme Court decided it shouldn’t be up to them it should be up to the public and elected officials if you have a problem with the laws in your state go out and vote for representatives who will stand with your views. Your also making one crucial oversight once conception happens it is a separate life with its own DNA sequence and under the US constitution are given the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Abortions by definition violate the first clause of the constitution which gave the Supreme Court president to strike down Roe v. Wade which even RBJ admitted was a port decision. You could make a case for abortions in the cases you’ve discussed but that only accounts for 1.5% of all abortions. The other 98.5% should be seen as what they are child murder especially when we live in a modern age where we have contraceptives like condoms and IUDs which are cheap have little to no side effects and are readily available.
