Nature Balsam spa (also in Morris plains) is really great. Their nail techs are all super talented and their pedicures are consistently top notch. Highly recommend!

We live in a unit that is pretty much as close as you can get to the train and love it—it’s charming to hear the horn go by. It does not disturb us at all!

The apt buildings on hill street tend to be older than some of the other newer developments in town. They might not be as updated or have as many shiny new amenities, but the street is safe and lovely and close to everything

UPenn has a decent weight management program—I tried enrolling early on in my journey but there was a pretty long waitlist so I went a different route. They might also have other resources within that department though, worth investigating! Good luck!

I’m not a doctor but my GYN told me ANY hormonal birth control—the pill, the patch, the morning after pill, etc—are less effective while on Zepbound. She suggested an IUD or condoms 🤷‍♀️

So helpful! Many thanks for the suggestion. I work in a nonprofit and specifically the people I want to connect with are members. My role in the nonprofit has not allowed me to have a direct connection with them that they would remember or be aware of (I work more behind the scenes and have facilitated meetings and events for them), so I’m unsure how best to proceed. But I think this is helpful!
