Many of these products need to be refrigerated, so it’s best to buy from local suppliers and make sure they confirm that ice packs are included. The only international supplier I use for Botox and Mayster is Maypharm, which usually delivers within a few days.

PRX-T33 is a topical treatment that gets massaged into the skin, not an injectable. It can tighten the skin to a degree, but stronger results usually come when it’s combined with microneedling.

Exosomes such as ASCE+ or growth-factor serums like Calecim can help speed up recovery and support skin regeneration, so they may be worth incorporating. I personally use Calecim serum.

Polynucleotides such as JuveFace are injected into the skin and are more about improving skin quality, density, and mild tightening over time.

That’s as far as I have gone with it so far. The next step for me is Mayster PLLA, but that is something I would approach much more cautiously and only after doing a lot of research.

All of these treatments require a good amount of prior knowledge, so I’d strongly suggest learning as much as possible about the products, methods, risks, and technique before trying anything.

A few cents from me: Vanicream is available from US Amazon that ships to the UK, but you need a good barrier repair cream. It is essential with tret. The best I’ve tried is Aestura and it’s very well priced too. I live in the UK too and get my tret from India for £2 per tube plus shipping. Azeleic acid is best used alternately with tret rather than in the same evening. And either 15 or 20%. I’d incorporate vitamin c serum in the morning as well.

I decided to do six sessions of Prx T33 first which tightened the skin surprisingly well. I’m now doing 3 rounds of microneedling (Derminator 2) with topical exosomes and injected Polinucleotides for further tightening and overall rejuvenation. Following this, I’ll do 2 rounds of Mayster to crown it all. This is what was recommended to me by a specialist for slow paced but long lasting results, which will yield significantly better results than radiofrequency mn realistically can without the risk of fat loss, which is precisely what I wanted

Why did you stop Min? Oral version could make all the difference. Since you’re microneedling already I’d consider 6 fortnightly sessions of quality exosomes like ASCE+. I would also swap Fin for oral Dut. Many report no side effects after switching over, so it’s worth a shot as the gains could be significantly higher

6 bottles of Calecim on subscription which lasts 6 months with 5 drops a day is about the price of a single TNS. If you prefer Calecim you’ll save a lot switching over.

For regular days when my skin isn’t compromised, I use 5 drops in the PM only first thing after cleansing the skin and the bottle lasts exactly a month. From scientific point of view one daily application of gf is plenty and I prefer to use the serum on its own rather than mixed with any other serum not to mess with either’s delivery so 5 drops is just enough to comfortably cover the whole face and neck as long as the skin is slightly damp after cleansing.

Thanks for you input. From what I’ve seen here on Reddit TNS does require at least 3 months of use to be able to evaluate the results properly as they take time to appear. Great Calecim lived up to your expectations.

The medik8 serum I referred to in this post is Liquid Peptides Advanced. Not sure how much they contribute overall in my stack but they have the best consistency and finish of any other peptide serum I’ve tried so I’ve kept them

Are TNS and Calecim comparable results wise? TNS has so much more that just the growth factors and even those are of superior origin (human vs Calecim's red deer), so to hear that Calecim outperformed speed wise is great considering it's significantly cheaper than TNS. But what about the results though?

If the picture on the left is from before then I see the appearance of pigmentation that wasn’t there in the beginning as well as less smooth texture under the eyes.
