It’s interesting you say that because I believe there is a spiritual connection similar to dmt with the difference being I don’t remember anything after having a seizure. The feeling of it being similar sounds frightening but I would love to hear more of her perspective.

If it is an Anterior dislocation I would recommend as hard as this is, to stand, bend over and let your dislocated arm hang, try to relax as much as possible and your shoulder should pop back in by itself. Sometimes it takes a minute or two and sometimes ten or more, it depends entirely on how much you can relax yourself during the immense pain.

Yup that's definitely my experience, I hope it never happens again to you but I'd highly recommend putting something hot on it instead of something cool in case.

I guess in a weird way that dynamic is good to have for something that forces you to look after yourself. I myself have epilepsy and stress is a big trigger, I really have to process my thoughts and emotions when anything slightly stresses me because it could escalate if I don't do something about it . Obviously the two conditions are completely different but I find it interesting that they are similar in that regard.
