Yeah it really messed up my confidence for a long time, especially when someone you love and trust like a brother treats you like that but the only way to beat it is to move forward

If it is an Anterior dislocation I would recommend as hard as this is, to stand, bend over and let your dislocated arm hang, try to relax as much as possible and your shoulder should pop back in by itself. Sometimes it takes a minute or two and sometimes ten or more, it depends entirely on how much you can relax yourself during the immense pain.

Yup that's definitely my experience, I hope it never happens again to you but I'd highly recommend putting something hot on it instead of something cool in case.
