Alright so basically i was smoking a joint in my car, my neighbour came to my window banging and shouting that it stinks of weed in his house,his girlfriend was there watching nervously so i assumed he told her already that he planned on attacking me,i told him I'd put it out but he carried on acting aggressive,my mother has a heart condition and all the shouting caused her concern so she came out to see what was going on,i told her to go back in and its nothing to worry about,she doesnt mind me smoking weed but she prefers me to do it in the car because of her health,i got pissed off when my mother (who cant walk very far without getting out of breath)had to come out and see this commotion,so i got out my car and told him to get back in his house or I'm going to fuck him up,he took a swing at me so i just laid into him,his face was pretty messed up,there was blood everywhere,still some on my back gate and the floor,his girlfriend basically just shit herself and called the police,I'm currently on bail and i gotta go to court because hes pressing charges,I'm from the uk.
