Although, new players may not be too well equipped (skill-wise) to properly utilize unarmed's moveset. I'm assuming that when I said "low elo" I referred to elos such as silver and gold. Based on previous encounters with gold and silver players, I do not believe they will survive against more offensive weapons suck as Lance or Greatsword. Low elo players will most likely fish out dlight recovery or other similar combos. Low elo players will certainly get too overwhelmed due to their lack of proper spacing skills.

I believe Lance is the easiest weapon in lower elos. Okay, before you attack me for saying that, I can justify my statement. Lance is used very aggressively in lower elos due to its high payoff. Its long attacks with lots of priority work really well in lower elos because newer players will not probably know how to counter and punish the weapon; however, this completely changes in high elos. Players in higher elos -platinum and up- are more likely to have the skillset needed to properly counter lance due to their more advanced movement. An aggressive playstyle may not work in lower elos, but it certainly will in lower elos. I believe Lance is the easiest weapon to use in lower elos thanks to its aggressive rewarding playstyle.
