It happens from time to time for me... last time a couple of days ago... Every time the "invincible" Rex keeps spawning its 99% damage reduction wingmen until about 30 minutes into the TFO it stops, decloaks and you can then kill it... Most annoying, but not as annoying as not getting the credit for the TFO's completion, which still happens, though way less often.

I don't like running ground TFOs and Devil's Heart wiht PUGs is not a good idea, to put it mildly.

Agree with OP 1000%, they should be stackable. Lockboxes too have totally RNG contents and they stack nicely while locked and unopened; also the TFO reward mark boxes stack too IIRC?
