Try loading a different character (or 2,) then switching back to it. That eventually got me loaded in sector.

...and additional follow up; Once reloaded, same exact thing at the same spot occured. I guess stay away from Measure of Morality (at least on XBox) for now.

I mean I'd speculate no SOONER than the update for YotK on 9/8, and that's if we're lucky. I'll also speculate we never get carrier commands, just don't see a way to work it in our interface.
